This Single Malt has been patiently matured for 11 years in a single Oloroso Sherry Cask, allowing time to shape its unique character.
The Oloroso Sherry Cask brings rich notes of dried fruits, toasted nuts, and warming oak spice. The result is an Irish whiskey with exceptional depth and balance, showcasing the influence of the cask while allowing the character of the spirit to shine through.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: There are aromas of dark, dried fruits with hints of orange peel and cloves.
Palate: Stewed black cherries and sultanas, developing into cinnamon spices and treacle.
Finish: Long and lingering with vanilla and oak spices layered with ginger, caramel, and toasted nuts.
