Our wooden mash tun brings together locally sourced malted and unmalted barley that help create a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey reflecting the craft, character, and community which makes Dingle unique.
Tasting Notes
NOSE: Gentle baking spices, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice
TASTE: Velvety notes of cooked dark fruits, brown sugar, and spiced stewed apples
FINISH: Classic pot still spices evolving into toasted oak, soft honey and lingering note of nutmeg
