Production Process
Distilled with malted barley, crystal-clear water, our wooden washbacks further enhance the final flavour and the maturation in hand-selected Sherry and Bourbon casks, expresses our independence and individuality.

NOSE: Zesty lime and mint meets vanilla and caramel
TASTE: Flavours of caramelised apple, raspberry and rich fruit cake
